Sadly the B's went down 2-1 to the Flyers. Just one game, 81 more to go, plenty of chances to raise some money for the Skin Cancer Foundation.

My Wins For Skin Campaign starts tomorrow Oct 6th @ 7pm, and the Boston Bruins take on the Philadelphia Flyers @ "The Bear's Den" at TD Garden, Boston Mass.!

I am going to donate $5 to The Skin Cancer Foundation for every regular season game that the Boston Bruins win!

My lovely Aunt and Inspiration!

My name is Nick, and I am an avid Boston Bruins fan. I also am an avid fan of my Aunt's. This year My Aunt Monica was diagnosed with Skin Cancer. She has never been a beach goer or the tanning type so it came as quite a surprise to all of us. This coupled with the experience of witnessing a girlfriend be diagnosed and treated for Skin Cancer, made me want to learn more. When I read that 1 in 5 Americans will develop Skin Cancer in the course of their life, I was shocked. So now I am joining the cause, I am going to try and make a difference. My Aunt and I were very close when I was young, and have since grown apart, but one thing that has brought us back together has been the Boston Bruins, and their recent 2011 Stanley Cup Championship! So what better way to make a difference, than to donate $5 for every regular season game that the Boston Bruins win, to the Skin Cancer Foundation! This is my pledge, how will you make a difference?
